- Cosmetic damage or wear from normal use
- Consumables such as mirrors, lenses, and belts
- Damage caused by electrical surges, poor maintenance, or operating outside of specified tolerances
To make a warranty claim:
1. Contact LZRMN at 0450 052 737.
2. Provide proof of purchase.
3. Record and submit a clear video showing the fault and identifying the part.
4. Once confirmed, LZRMN will process the warranty.
Once the fault has been verified, LZRMN will post a replacement part by the next business day.

- If unavailable, parts will be shipped from the manufacturer or a local supplier within Australia.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. Warranty Term: 12 months from date of purchase
This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:
- Main control board and electronic systems
- Printer chassis and frame
- Power supply and internal cabling
- UV curing system (excluding lamps)
- RIIN software licensing (functionality only)
- Printhead (Epson i3200-U1), as it is considered a consumable
- UV lamps beyond 90 days (due to usage variables)
- Damage caused by:
- Power surges or incorrect voltage
- Improper installation or handling
- Third-party modifications or repairs
- Use outside of specified temperature/humidity ranges (see below)
- Shipping costs associated with warranty claims (unless agreed otherwise)
To the extent permitted by law, LZRMN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income, production delays, or business interruption, unless such damages arise directly from a failure to meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
