📌 Warranty Coverage

Product: LZRMN CO₂ Laser Engraving Machines

✅ Coverage Periods by Component

- Reci Laser Tube: 12 months minimum, or 18 months from manufacturing date (whichever is longer)
- Model 4030 50W Machine: 6 months
- S&A Brand Water Chiller: 12 months
- Power Supplies & All Other Electrical Components: 12 months
- Machine Chassis & Structural Hardware: 2.5 years

❌ What’s Not Covered

- Misuse or modification of components
- Cosmetic damage or wear from normal use
- Consumables such as mirrors, lenses, and belts
- Damage caused by electrical surges, poor maintenance, or operating outside of specified tolerances

🧾 How to Claim

To make a warranty claim:
1. Contact LZRMN at 0450 052 737.
2. Provide proof of purchase.
3. Record and submit a clear video showing the fault and identifying the part.
4. Once confirmed, LZRMN will process the warranty.

🚚 Replacement Process

Once the fault has been verified, LZRMN will post a replacement part by the next business day.
- Most laser parts are held in local stock.
- If unavailable, parts will be shipped from the manufacturer or a local supplier within Australia.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. 📄 LZRMN 9060 UV Flatbed Printer Warranty Policy

📌 Warranty Coverage

Product: LZRMN 9060 UV Flatbed Printer
Warranty Term: 12 months from date of purchase

✅ What’s Covered

This limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, including:
- Main control board and electronic systems
- Printer chassis and frame
- Power supply and internal cabling
- UV curing system (excluding lamps)
- RIIN software licensing (functionality only)

❌ What’s Not Covered

- Printhead (Epson i3200-U1), as it is considered a consumable
- UV lamps beyond 90 days (due to usage variables)
- Damage caused by:
 - Power surges or incorrect voltage
 - Improper installation or handling
 - Third-party modifications or repairs
 - Use outside of specified temperature/humidity ranges (see below)
- Shipping costs associated with warranty claims (unless agreed otherwise)

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LZRMN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income, production delays, or business interruption, unless such damages arise directly from a failure to meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian law and does not seek to exclude or limit those rights.

To make a warranty claim:

 - Proof of purchase
 - Description of the fault (include video or photos if possible)
2. A technician will assist you in remote diagnostics
3. If parts need replacement, LZRMN will ship the required component (within warranty scope)
4. Labor and installation support may be provided remotely or via paid onsite options

⚙️ Recommended Operating Conditions

- Ambient Temperature: 20°C – 28°C
- Humidity: 40% – 70% RH (non-condensing)
Avoid moisture, excessive dust, and direct sunlight. Improper conditions may void warranty.

Product: LZRMN Fibre Laser Marking Machines
Warranty Term: 12 months from date of purchase unless otherwise specified.

✅ Coverage Periods by Component

  • Fibre Laser Source (Raycus / Max / JPT):
    Manufacturer warranty typically 24 months from installation date
     
  • Galvo Scanner Head:
    12 months
     
  • Control System & Electronics (controller, boards, drivers):
    12 months
     
  • Power Supply & Internal Electrical Components:
    12 months
     
  • Machine Frame & Structural Components:
    2 years
     

❌ What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • Misuse, improper operation, or modification of the machine
     
  • Unauthorised repairs or third-party modifications
     
  • Electrical surges, unstable power supply, or incorrect voltage
     
  • Operating the machine outside recommended environmental conditions
     
  • Lack of routine maintenance
     
  • Cosmetic wear from normal operation
     

The following are considered consumable items and are not covered under warranty:

  • Protective laser lenses
     
  • Focusing lenses
     
  • Red dot positioning lights
     
  • Marking accessories or fixtures
     

⚠️ Additional Exclusions

Damage caused by improper material use or reflections is not covered under warranty, including but not limited to:

  • Lens damage caused by back reflections from highly reflective metals
     
  • Damage caused by dirty, oily, or contaminated materials
     
  • Lens damage resulting from improper focus settings
     
  • Damage caused by incorrect power or frequency settings
     
  • Failure to keep the protective lens clean and free of debris
     

Protective lenses are considered consumable maintenance components and must be inspected and replaced as required during normal machine operation.

⚙️ Recommended Operating Conditions

For reliable operation and to maintain warranty coverage:

  • Temperature: 18°C – 30°C
     
  • Humidity: 30% – 70% RH (non-condensing)
     
  • Avoid excessive dust, vibration, and moisture
     
  • Ensure stable power supply with proper grounding
     

Operating outside these conditions may affect machine performance and warranty eligibility.

🚚 Replacement & Repair Process

Once the fault has been confirmed:

  • LZRMN will arrange replacement parts where applicable
     
  • Most components are held in local stock
     
  • If unavailable locally, parts will be shipped from the manufacturer or an Australian supplier
     

Replacement parts are supplied within the scope of the warranty coverage.

⚠️ Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, LZRMN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages such as loss of production, business interruption, or loss of income, except where such liability arises directly from a failure to meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law.
